South Oxfordshire has miles of quiet roads and bridleways. In the Chiltern Hills you can cycle for hours through dappled beech woods, the Ridgeway rolls for 90 miles across the Berkshire downs and Sustrans Route 5 comes straight through Wallingford - stretching from Oxford to Reading and London beyond - all along quiet roads and traffic free cycle-paths.

If you have friends staying over or are visiting our town, we have a fleet of Mountain Bikes we can lend you to help you see the sights from a saddle. There are plenty points of interest, chilled spots for a picnic and enough pubs for further refreshments. Ask our staff for the all the best bits and route ideas!

Prices start from £25 for half a day, £45 for the full day. £10 for full days thereafter or £70 for a week (seven days). Please phone beforehand to check availability and book your bikes. Although we can offer a drop-in service, it's always best to be prepared to avoid disappointment.
